At HAGAN Ski Mountaineering, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment is unused and in its original packaging, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to HAGAN

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the gear's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
